1. Return Eligibility
- Custom Orders: Because custom curtains are made to your specific measurements and preferences, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Ready-Made Products: May be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photo evidence (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Cancellations
Orders for ready-made curtains can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
